Over the last 25 years, New York’s power producers have been up to the task of maintaining a reliable and low emission electric grid, while investing in renewable energy and energy storage and fostering the development of zero emission sources.

This coalition is committed to ensure that private power investment continues to be the model for New York and to avoid exposing electricity ratepayers to the cost and risk of utilities potentially re-entering the generation business.
